Welcome to our school! We are excited to have you and your family join our school community.
Please check that your child is in the Riverlands School zone (click here to check) and fill in the online enrolment form. Our office will be in touch with you when they receive this information.
If you are enrolling a New Entrant student, you will receive an email from one of our New Entrant teachers regarding the times and dates for your child’s transition to school visits.
Parents and students are encouraged to visit our school for a look around before your child starts at Riverlands. Please ring the office on 03 5787077 to arrange a tour.
When will my child start school?
After consulting with our community in Term 4 2024, the decision was made to implement cohort entry for New Entrant students from Term 1, 2025.
Cohort entry is when new entrants start school in groups throughout the year rather than on their fifth birthday.
After a child turns 5, their school start date is the first day of the next cohort entry date. There are two entry points per term, one on the first day of term and one at a mid-point during a term.
